about creating work schedules?

The advance of the employer's ability to change the work schedule established and communicated to the employee should be determined in the company's internal regulations. Changing the schedule without the employee's knowledge is unacceptable. On the other hand, the question of whether a change in working hours requires the employee's approval remains unresolved by the Labour Code.
