USARYA POLSKA SP. Z O.O. 

The project aimed to improve the organization of work in a production company dealing with the construction of agricultural machinery. Our system covered 25 employees.

What did we do?

We have implemented T&A and Activity Records to record arrival and departure times, monitor employee breaks and record activities.

What were the results?

  • Increased self-control of employees in terms of punctuality and the use of breaks. 
  • Increase efficiency with performance data.
  • Detailed information on which of the employees performed a specific part of the machine, which turned out to be useful in the event of a complaint. With this knowledge, employees were sent for additional training.
  • Increase production capacity without the need to hire new employees.
  • Efficient planning and settlement of working time.
