✨  New Feature: Operational Throughput Report

A new report has been added in Activity Registration module to evaluate the efficiency of entire processes by analyzing interconnected activities grouped into logical operational sequences.

Key Principles:

• Custom Groups: Users define their own activity groups (e.g., IN, PICK, PACK), linking tasks performed within a single process.
• Attribute Assignment: Each group can be assigned attributes that serve as the basis for performance calculations (e.g., units, pallets, boxes, lines).
• Data Analysis: The report presents both daily and aggregate data for a selected range, highlighting areas of highest and lowest efficiency.
• TPH Support: The functionality supports the Throughput Per Hour (TPH) metric—a key KPI in logistics. Grouping allows for measuring TPH for entire operational flows rather than just isolated tasks.

Configuration:

1. Grant report generation permissions to specific employees.
2. Go to Reports → My Configurations → Add Report: Operational Throughput.
3. Define the first activity group and assign the appropriate attributes.
4. Add subsequent groups as needed for your processes.
5. The report will be available in the Generate Report section and can be modified at any time.

Goal: This feature enables the assessment of real warehouse process efficiency, simplifies the identification of bottlenecks, and supports data-driven operational decision-making.

🛠️ Improvement: Email Reports – Extended Link Validity

We have enhanced the mechanism for generating and sending reports via email. Reports sent to your inbox contain a direct link to the Time Harmony system instead of a file attachment.

• Change: The link's active duration has been extended to 96 hours (4 days).
• Goal: To provide greater flexibility and convenience for users who need more time to download or verify generated reports.

🛠️ Improvement: Performance Measurement for Floating-Point Values

We have introduced the ability to measure performance using floating-point (decimal) numbers.

• Goal: To increase measurement precision for attributes that naturally use fractional values.
• Example: It is now possible to accurately calculate performance for parameters like kilograms (kg), e.g., 5.5 kg.
• Impact: The system now accounts for decimal efficiency, which was previously restricted to integers. This allows for a more accurate reflection of actual work in processes where units are divided or measured with decimal precision.

🛠️ Improvement: Visualization Enhancement – New Columns in Numeric Widgets

We have updated the layout of numeric widgets that display key indicators and quantitative data.

• Change: Added columns providing information on the Department and Work Section.
• Goal: To facilitate faster identification and contextualization of performance data by immediately linking it to specific organizational units.
