We have introduced a mechanism that, in the event of an unexpected problem on the device, displays a clear message directly on the terminal screen.
Understandable message: Instead of a flashing or frozen screen, the user will see information describing the cause of the problem.
Faster diagnostics: The message displayed allows you to identify the source of the problem without having to involve the technical department.
Purpose of the change:
This change significantly speeds up the troubleshooting process and eliminates situations where the terminal stops responding without any feedback.
We have added the ability to automatically save application logs to text files directly on the device.
Remote analysis: If a problem is reported, the support team can analyze the saved logs without the need for a physical visit to the terminal.
Full event history: All messages, errors, and application events are saved, giving you a complete picture of how the device is working.
Purpose of the change:
This feature significantly reduces the time it takes to diagnose problems and allows you to resolve them remotely.
Fixed an issue with dynamic TOTP QR codes that change every 15 seconds.
Stable identification: Previously, if more than 15-20 seconds passed between scanning the QR code and selecting an action (e.g., "Entry"), the system did not recognize the employee. Now the identification works properly regardless of the time that has elapsed since the scan.
Purpose of the change:
Employees don't have to rush to choose an action after scanning the QR code – registration will go smoothly even with longer response times.
We fixed an issue where some activity directories (e.g., task groups assigned to a specific location) were not visible in the terminal despite being configured correctly in the system.
Correct data transfer: The activity structure is now completely and correctly transferred to the device.
Full availability: All directories assigned to a given position and location are visible to employees.
Purpose of the change:
It eliminates situations where employees do not see their assigned activities and have to report the problem to the administrator.
Fixed an issue with the input screen when selecting an action that requires an input parameter.
Automatic activation: The text field is now ready to type values right away, and the keyboard appears automatically.
No unnecessary clicks: Previously, it was required to tap the screen several times before you could enter data.
Purpose of the change:
The change speeds up and simplifies the process of registering activities that require additional information.
