What do you need to know about creating work schedules?
The employer is obliged to inform the employee about the planned work schedule at least one week in advance (Article 129 § 3)

The advance in which the employer can change the work schedule established and communicated to the employee should be determined in the company's internal regulations. Changing the schedule without the employee's knowledge is unacceptable. However, the issue of whether a change in working hours requires the employee's approval remains unresolved by the Labour Code.
If information about the working time schedule is included in the employment contract, the employer is exempt from the obligation to prepare a working time schedule for this employee.
