System activity data
Automatic import of scanner data about system activities. Data sent at intervals of a few minutes provides real-time insight into the workflow.
Data on non-systemic activities
The system enables the registration of non-system activities not registered by WMS/ERP systems. Combined with data on scanner activities, this provides a complete and accurate picture of the use of working time.
Working time data
Scheduling, recording and full settlement of working time along with the calculation of overtime with the addition of +50%, +100%, work on days off and at night.
Performance data

Integration with WMS / ERP system
Time Harmony integrates with the client's internal warehouse system, automating the flow of operational data. Information about activities recorded with the scanners is sent to Time Harmony via the interface at intervals of a few minutes. This data, supplemented with information about out-of-system activities recorded on Time Harmony's own devices, allows you to get a full picture of the team's work and its performance.
Implementation without integration with the WMS/ERP system
In this variant of the implementation, all data related to the activities performed are recorded only on the Time Harmony system's own devices. A properly profiled tree of activities – tailored to the scope of responsibilities of a given employee – allows for quick and intuitive recording of activities, which translates into high efficiency of the recording process.
