LABOUR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Employee Activity Tracking System

FULL CONTROL OVER WORKING TIME

Time Harmony is an advanced system for measuring employee activities, which registers data online based on employee declarations and integration with the Client's internal systems (WMS/ERP). It allows you to gain a clear picture of your team's activity, manage work more effectively and identify areas for optimization.

  EMPLOYEE ACTIVITY MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

Measure the duration of activities

Activities declared on TH devices (readers, employee panels) and imported from the Client's systems – WMS/ERP, scanners, turnstiles. This gives us a consistent and reliable picture of the workflow.

ACTIVITY DASHBOARDS

Quick insight into employee activity

The system offers ready-made dashboards that enable ongoing analysis of activity:

  • Current number of employees in activities – presents how many employees perform a given activity at a given time.

  • Percentage share in activities – shows the distribution of involvement in activities broken down by areas or processes.

  • Duration of the activity – indicates who performs the activity and from what moment.

This allows management to have a quick insight into the current workload of employees and can react dynamically to changes in processes.

WORK TIMELINE

Full activity history

All activities performed by the employee are recorded on the working timeline, which allows you to easily track the course of the working day. In a single view, managers get access to data on:

  • activities transferred from internal systems (WMS/ERP, scanners, gateways),

  • activities declared on Time Harmony devices,

  • events registered in the T&A system,

  • the level of employee productivity.

Such consolidated data support the analysis of activity in terms of time and quality.

INCREASE EFFICIENCY AND REDUCE NON-PRODUCTIVE TIME

Explore hidden efficiency reserves

The implementation of a system for measuring activities allows not only to record the activity of employees, but above all to discover the potential for optimization. By analyzing real data, it is possible to reduce unnecessary activities, improve processes and make accurate decisions based on facts. It is a tool that supports operational efficiency in every industry.

REAL CONTROL OF EFFICIENCY

Identification of idle times

Time Harmony accurately detects and measures idle times – times when an employee is present but not performing the declared activities. By analyzing data from time and time recording (T&A) and activity, the system automatically calculates breaks before and between tasks. This gives you full transparency into actual engagement, allowing you to optimize planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency. All information is available in intuitive dashboards.

  • capture unproductive periods during working time

  • transparency between presence at work and actual involvement in activities,

  • better task planning and resource allocation,

  • reliable KPIs and analysis of process effectiveness

  • identifying areas for improvement and eliminating time waste

REAL-TIME ACTIVITY TIME MEASUREMENT

Incremental unit counting – hour by hour

The functionality of measuring the pace of work in the Time Harmony system allows for ongoing monitoring of the number of production or service units made on a cumulative basis – with an accuracy of each hour. Thanks to this, the employer gains a full picture of the employee's performance during the working day and the ability to react quickly to possible decreases in the pace of work.

DATA THAT WORKS

Support resource planning and optimization

With access to real-time data on activity engagement, managers can:

  • assign tasks effectively

  • plan staffing taking into account the real workload,

  • detect inefficiencies and optimize processes.

Time Harmony supports data-driven decision-making, not intuition.

NON-SYSTEMIC ACTIVITIES

Manual registration as part of the process

Not all activities can be automated. Activities that are not registered with the scanner, but are part of the process, can be entered manually by the employee on TH readers. This allows the system to reflect the actual workflow, also taking into account support and support measures.

  • full mapping of the actual workflow,

  • the ability to record auxiliary, supporting and unusual tasks,

  • full data to calculate the team's performance,

  • complete knowledge of the course of processes.
