Version 3.20

07.08.2026

In version 3.20, we have focused on three areas: greater flexibility in working time settlement, further development of the My Time Harmony employee panel, and improvements to reports and operational widgets. Below you will find the key changes — divided into:
- core Time Harmony system,
- My Time Harmony employee web panel,
- terminal application.

I. Core Time Harmony (TH) system — admin/manager panel

     ✨
New: Remote work support in the Time & Attendance (T&A) module

We are introducing remote work as a separate work-location attribute, compliant with Polish labour law, while maintaining full working time records.

WHAT'S NEW

  • Occasional remote work — by notification or request, within a day limit (annual, optionally with an additional monthly limit); several non-consecutive days (e.g. Monday, Wednesday, Friday) can be indicated within a single document.
  • Regular / continuous remote work — a planned, recurring pattern (fixed weekdays or "from–to" blocks), or remote work "until further notice", with no day limit — set up by an authorised person.
  • Remote-work addresses stored in the employee file (add, edit, archive), with the number of active addresses limited by a setting configurable by the administrator.
  • Selectable process mode: automatic notification, or a request requiring supervisor approval.
  • Remote work does not affect absence records, does not block T&A registration, and does not change how settlements are calculated — it is purely a work-location marker visible in the schedule, reports, and settlement periods.
  • New "Employees working remotely" widget — shows who is currently working remotely.
  • A separate widget with a counter of remote-work requests awaiting supervisor approval.
  • Requests and status tracking are available in My Time Harmony (web) — approval remains in the core system. Remote work will be made available in the mobile app (MTHM) in a later step, once the required data has been prepared on the core-system side.

BUSINESS BENEFITS

  1. Occasional and regular remote work recorded in line with Polish labour law, without confusing it with absence.
  2. Full visibility of who is working remotely and from where — in the schedule, in reports, and on the management widget.
  3. Flexibility — remote work does not restrict T&A registration or existing integrations.

New: New working time and overtime settlement options for Poland

We are expanding the existing working time settlement module for Poland with a set of features that make it easier to manage working time and overtime settlements in line with Polish labour law on a day-to-day basis.

WHAT'S NEW

  • List of settlement periods with key data: a single place showing the working time norm, recorded and credited working time, the balance against the norm, and the number of detected discrepancies and errors for each employee.
  • Graphical analysis of working time and overtime: clear charts showing actual work performance against the schedule, and overtime worked before the start of work, after the end of work, and on days without a planned schedule, with an overtime breakdown by daily overtime, work on public holidays, night hours, and average weekly overtime.
  • Expanded overtime settlement screen: the system automatically recognises the type of overtime (daily, Sunday, public holiday, day off resulting from an average five-day working week) and routes it to the correct settlement process. The table shows the status of each instance of overtime — reserved by a pending request, settled, still to be paid, or marked for payment in the current month (relevant for settlement periods longer than one month). From an employee's settlement view, a request for time off in lieu of overtime, WW5 (day off for Sunday work under the average five-day working week), or WNŚ (day off for public-holiday work) can also be submitted.
  • Overtime handling in the task-based working time system: an administrator can enter overtime for an employee settled on a task basis directly from that employee's settlement, when completing assigned tasks required work beyond the planned time; work on Sundays, public holidays, and days off resulting from an average five-day working week is settled in the same way as under the basic working time system (including time off in lieu of WW5/WNŚ).

BUSINESS BENEFITS

  1. Faster identification of discrepancies and quicker closing of settlement periods, thanks to all key data being available in one place.
  2. Easier analysis of the causes of overtime through visualisation of working time against the schedule.
  3. Full compliance with labour law when settling overtime — including for employees under the task-based working time system, previously settled manually outside the system.
Configuration:
Access path:
Workspace → Settlement periods → Settlements / Individual (details, charts, and overtime settlement for a single employee).

New: Working time settlement for international branches

Besides improvements to working time settlement in Poland, we are introducing a breakthrough change and a solution unique on the market: a new, universal working time settlement engine that opens up the system to organisations with international branches. Until now, the settlement mechanism was hard-coded and built exclusively for Polish regulations — supporting each additional country would have required separate, costly software development. We are now moving the specifics of local markets and regulations into a configurable settings layer — so-called Working Time Policies. This allows the system to adapt to the labour law of individual countries, and Time Harmony can record and settle the working time of employees employed outside Poland.

WHAT THE ORGANIZATION GAINS

  • Defining your own settlement rules (settlement periods, overtime, allowances) in the form of working time policies, rather than a fixed system mechanism.
  • Assigning employees to policies with a history of changes and the ability to plan assignments over time.
  • Extended rules for time off in lieu of overtime, plus consistent reporting and widgets based on the new settlement periods.

BUSINESS BENEFITS

  1. Rolling the system out to a new country no longer requires time or effort spent building new code — the settlement mechanism is already built into the system. Implementation work is limited to cooperation between the P2P2 implementation team and the HR department, and to configuring the appropriate working time settlement settings for the given country (Working Time Policies).
  2. One consistent settlement mechanism for the whole organisation — regardless of how many countries it operates in — easier to maintain and develop.
  3. The ability to open new international branches and employ staff outside Poland without waiting for dedicated software development.
Configuration:
Access path:
Settings → Settlement periods → Create policy → Configure the settlement period and overtime rules → Assign employees.

This is an extensive feature — we will dedicate a separate newsletter to it, with a full overview, video material, and a series of training sessions for interested clients.

New: Start dashboards, dashboard templates, and dashboard sharing

Until now, every user built their dashboard from scratch, and the only way to duplicate one was "Duplicate dashboard" — for personal use only. We are introducing four related features that make it possible to share ready-made dashboard layouts across the organisation.

WHAT'S NEW

  • Start dashboards: a new user automatically receives a ready-made dashboard tailored to their purchased modules (T&A / Activity Logging / combined variant) — instead of an empty screen, they immediately have a ready starting point for their work. An equivalent dashboard is also delivered, as a one-off, to existing users who do not yet have one.
  • Dashboard templates: when creating a new dashboard, users can choose whether to build it from scratch or use a ready-made template. Users with the appropriate permission can publish their dashboard together with a description as a template (name, category, countries, language) — it then appears in the template gallery shown when creating a new dashboard, narrowed by default to the user's country and language. Several different templates published by different authorised users can be available within a single category, so that the most suitable one can be chosen.
  • Reset to template: a dashboard created from a template can be reset at any time to the state it was in when it was downloaded — regardless of what the author has done with the template since.
  • Distributing a dashboard to employees: a user with the appropriate permission can send their dashboard to one or more people within their hierarchy — each recipient receives their own, independent copy.

BUSINESS BENEFITS

  1. Knowledge from experienced users (managers, team leaders) is easily passed on to others — without rebuilding a dashboard manually.
  2. New users have a working, ready-made dashboard from their very first login, instead of an empty screen.
  3. Experimenting with a dashboard created from a template is safe — you can always return to the original state.
Configuration:

Organization → Employees → Users →  Employee profile → Access → Permissions → Dashboards: Distribution /Template publishing
Sharing, publishing, and resetting
are available from the options of the relevant dashboard in the Workspace.

New: Line-management and delegation mechanism

New: Mechanism of Sovereignty and Substitution

We are introducing a formal method of determining who is the direct supervisor of a given employee, and an extensive mechanism of substitutions for the time of their absence. Hierarchy complements the existing visibility of data by the hierarchy – it does not replace it.

  • An employee can have one main supervisor (direct supervisor) and any number of additional supervisors, all of whom can see the subordinate's data to the same extent as the superiority data.
  • When assigning additional supervisors, you can specify the scope of their responsibilities. Currently, there is one area of responsibility: "Approval of leave requests"
The main supervisor is responsible for this area by default, while for additional supervisors, responsibility can be assigned individually.
  • An employee may have several deputies. For each deputy, it can be specified whether he or she takes responsibility for accepting leave requests during the absence of the supervisor
  • The substitution can be activated automatically during the supervisor's absence (e.g. vacation) or indicated manually.
  • A cascade of responsibility. If all supervisors and their deputies are absent at the same time, the responsibility for accepting leave requests passes to the next supervisor in the hierarchy.
  • Possibility to indicate the final responsible person. For the process of accepting leave requests, it is possible to specify the person to whom the case will be sent if the entire path of superiors and deputies is unavailable.
  • A supervisor submitting his own leave request can, if the system configuration allows, designate a substitute other than the default one, choosing from among the people available in the hierarchy.

    BUSINESS BENEFITS
  1. Clearly defined responsibility for accepting leave requests, even in the absence of superiors.
  2. Maintaining the continuity of the application acceptance process thanks to the mechanism of substitution and cascading transfer of responsibility.
  3. The ability to separate data visibility from responsibility for accepting requests, allowing you to better map the client's organizational structure.
  4. Preparing the solution for further development – in the future, it will be possible to add more areas to the liability mechanism (e.g. publication of the schedule or overtime management), without the need to rebuild the model.

Configuration:
Access path:
Organization → Employees → Users → Employee profile → Authority → Update → Add: Supervisors / Default substitutes / Substitutions  → Add permissions.

New: Sorting in all system tables

Working with large data sets can be time-consuming when the only way to find information is to filter or export to Excel. We are introducing a uniform sorting mechanism available directly from the column header.

WHAT'S NEW

  • Clicking a column header cycles through sorting: ascending → descending → default, with an icon (↕ / ↑ / ↓) indicating the current direction.
  • Sorting is available for text, numeric, date, and boolean columns — in key system tables (including Records, Organization, Reports, Settings).
  • Sorting works correctly together with filters — the filter is applied first, then the results are sorted.
  • Default order matched to the nature of the data — e.g. most recent dates at the top (alerts, change history, events, requests), or alphabetical order (job titles, departments, work sections).

BUSINESS BENEFITS

  1. Faster access to information, without needing to export data to Excel.
  2. A consistent, uniform user experience across all system tables.
  3. Fewer support requests related to searching for data.
Configuration: Available automatically, with no additional settings required — simply click the header of the relevant column.

New: Sorting in all system widgets

Widgets are a key source of up-to-date operational information, but until now they presented data in a fixed order. We are bringing the same sorting mechanism introduced for system tables to dashboard widgets as well.

WHAT'S NEW

  • Sorting by any column of table, pie-chart, numeric, and bar-chart widgets — including employee/department/location performance, presence, absences, settlement-period errors, and others.
  • The selected sort order is remembered within a single administrator's browser — the next time the dashboard is opened on the same device, the data order stays the same.
  • Sorting is preserved during automatic widget refresh as well.

BUSINESS BENEFITS

  1. Instantly find the best-performing employees, the largest values, or the most recent events — without switching to detailed reports.
  2. Consistent experience — the same sorting mechanism as in system tables.
Configuration: Available automatically, with no additional settings required — simply click the widget's column header.

New: Controlled generation of the Summary of activities — detailed summary report for longer periods

Until now, the "Activity Summary — Detailed Summary" report could only be generated for a range of up to one month. Some clients, however, need analyses covering a quarter, a half-year, or a full year. We are removing this limitation while retaining control over the most demanding operations.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Date range up to 1 month — the report is generated immediately, with no change to current behaviour.
  • Date range above 1 month — the system informs the user that generating the report requires approval from the system provider, and after confirmation, creates a request instead of generating the report immediately.
  • The request is sent automatically to the system provider; once approved, the report is generated automatically, and the user receives an in-system notification with the option to download the file.
  • Users can track the status of their own requests (pending / generated / rejected) in a dedicated tab.

BUSINESS BENEFITS

  1. The ability to analyse longer periods (quarter, year) without affecting environment performance for other users.
  2. Full transparency of the process — users always know the status of their request.
Configuration:
Access path:
Reports → Generate report → Summary of activities - detailed summary  → Select a date range longer than 1 month → Generate report → Confirm submission of the request.
Request status:
Report menu: Sent for approval tab.

🛠️ Enhancement: Redesign of the Summary — worktime and productivity report

At clients' request, we are expanding this report with a new horizontal presentation of the same data, and reorganising the existing column layout.

WHAT'S CHANGING

  • We are adding a "job title" column to the source worksheet and reordering the columns (total standardised time, non-standardised time, total working time, performance) into a logical sequence.
  • A new "Horizontal presentation" worksheet presents the same data in a horizontal layout — for each date, a separate, complete block of columns is shown, arranged chronologically side by side.

BUSINESS BENEFITS

  1. The same complete data set in two layouts — vertical and horizontal — suited to different ways of further analysis.
  2. A clearer structure of the source report thanks to organised columns.
Configuration: Change visible automatically.
Access path: Reports → Generate report → Select category: Events → Select: Summary — woktime and productivity →In the generated file, check the "Horizontal presentation" worksheet.

New: New report Activity efficiency day by day

Existing reports did not allow an easy comparison of how individual activities were performed on consecutive days within a single view. The new report presents activity performance in a daily layout — activities in rows, consecutive days in columns.

WHAT THE REPORT INCLUDES

  • For each day in the selected range and each event: time worked, the number of units completed, and performance.
  • Days on which a given activity was not performed are shown with zero values (00:00:00, 0 units, 0%) — without omitting rows or columns, which makes further analysis and export to spreadsheets easier.
  • The same set of filters as in the "Quantity by hourly interval" report.
  • Performance is shown in two variants — nominal (units/h) and percentage (against the applicable norm).

BUSINESS BENEFITS

  1. Easier identification of trends and performance drops over time.
  2. Consistent, complete data ready for further analysis without manually filling in missing days.
Configuration:
Access path:
Reports → Generate report → Select category: Events → Select: Activity efficiency day by day

🛠️ Enhancement: Including work with no recorded units in the global performance calculation

At clients' request, we are introducing the option to refine how performance is calculated — including for activities where the employee did not declare a number of completed units. A new, optional mechanism allows the time spent on such work to be included in the global performance calculation.

This situation arises, for example, when an employee reports carrying out an activity (e.g. picking) but does not enter any completed units — until now, the time spent on such work was not included in performance statistics. Another example is an activity carried out jointly by two employees, where only one of them reports units (e.g. scanning goods) while the other supports the task without being able to report a quantity (e.g. placing goods on a shelf) — until now, the second employee's working time was not counted toward their performance. The new mechanism allows combined performance for a given activity to be calculated including the working time of all employees involved in carrying it out — regardless of whether each of them reported units individually. This makes it possible to see the total number of hours spent on a given activity and the total number of units completed, with the resulting performance distributed proportionally across everyone who took part.

WHAT'S CHANGING

  • A new setting on the event: "Include time with no units in performance calculation".
  • When this setting is enabled, working time with no recorded units is included in the global performance figure (with a unit count of 0), instead of being excluded.
  • For such work, the statistics show a nominal performance of 0 units/h and 0% (if a norm is defined for the event).
  • The change applies everywhere employee performance is shown — widgets, reports, dashboards, and the API.

BUSINESS BENEFITS

  1. Actual working time reflected in performance results — without artificially inflating the metric.
  2. Flexibility — the setting works at the level of a single event, so different processes can apply different calculation logic.
Configuration:
Access path:
Workspace → Employee files → Events → Select an event → Basic details → Mark: Include time without units when calculating efficiency

🛠️ Enhancement: Extending the hour range in the schedule generator to 48 hours

The schedule generator previously allowed planning a maximum of 12 hours of work in a single day — a purely technical limitation, unrelated to actual work models (on-call duty, shift work, ensuring continuity of work). We are raising this limit to 48 hours.

WHAT'S CHANGING

  • The "Working time (hours)" field now accepts values from 0 to 48 hours and shows the maximum range.
  • The system only enforces the technical limit (48 hours) — rules arising from regulations, internal policies, or contracts remain the organisation's responsibility.

BUSINESS BENEFITS

  1. The ability to reflect actual schedules without splitting a shift into several entries and making manual corrections — for example, for round-the-clock property security or duty shifts, where continuous employee presence is required for longer than a standard working day.
Configuration: Available automatically after the update.
Access path: Workspace → Schedules → Insert → Work schedule → Worktime

New: Exporting employee resources to Excel

The system already offered exports of employee medical examinations, training records, and competencies. We are adding to this set an export of the "Resources" section — items issued to an employee for carrying out their work.

WHAT THE EXPORT INCLUDES

Employee ID, resource name and key, date issued and returned, notes, and archiving status.

BUSINESS BENEFITS

  1. Less manual re-entry of data during audits and inventories.
  2. A complete set of employee-file exports ready for further reporting.
Configuration:
Access path:
Settings → Export → Employees tab → Check the Employee resources checkbox.

🛠️ Enhancement: Separating date and time in the Summary of activities -detailed summary report

The Start and End columns previously showed the date and time combined, which made sorting and building pivot tables in a spreadsheet more difficult. We are adding an option to split this data.

WHAT'S NEW

  • A new option on the report generation form: "Split date and time into separate columns" — unchecked by default, with the existing format unchanged.
  • Once selected, the Start and End columns split into four: Start date, Start time, End date, End time.

BUSINESS BENEFITS

  1. Easier further analysis of data in spreadsheets — sorting and filtering separately by date and by time.
Configuration:
Access path:
Reports → Generate report → Select category: General → Summary of activities — detailed Summary → Check: Split date and time into separate columns

Time Harmony_ split date and time in the Summary of activities report

🛠️ Enhancement: Summary row in the Cumulative available data widget

The "Cumulative available data" widget, in the "Hourly" view, previously allowed results to be analysed only at the level of a single employee. We are adding a row summarising the entire team.

WHAT'S CHANGING

  • The last row of the table sums the number of units completed by all employees — including those on subsequent pages of the list — in each hourly column.
  • The "Total" column shows the combined number of units across all hours.

BUSINESS BENEFITS

  1. Immediate insight into the team's total output and the workload of individual hours, without manual summing or exporting to external tools.
Configuration: Visible automatically.
Access path: Workspace → Cumulative available datawidget → Hourly view.

II. My Time Harmony (MTH — web) employee application

New: My Time Harmony — Absences and leave requests module

We are continuing to expand the employee panel (MTH). In this version, employees using the browser version of MTH gain a single, chronological view of their absences and leave requests — together with full ability to submit them.

WHAT THE EMPLOYEE GAINS

  • A view of absences and requests with statuses, filterable by reason, status, period, and year.
  • Summary cards: next upcoming absence, total number of days, number of absences, most common reason.
  • Submitting requests directly in MTH — daily and hourly leave, time off in lieu of overtime, and making up for private time off — with the option to save a draft or submit for approval.
  • Editing and deleting your own draft, and withdrawing a request that is still pending approval.

BUSINESS BENEFITS

  1. Fewer questions to the HR department — employees can check their own absences and submit requests independently.
  2. Full request history and status available in one place, without needing to contact a supervisor.
Configuration: This functionality requires activation.
Access path:
Settings → Tenant: Settings → My Time Harmony (Web application) → Update → Check: Absences/ Absence request/ Absence requests history
Employee view: My Time Harmony → Records: Event history

New: My Time Harmony — Event history

Employees using MTH gain a single, consistent place to review their own work history — without needing to ask HR or their supervisor for details of a past period.

WHAT THE EMPLOYEE GAINS

  • Weekly and monthly views with a 24-hour timeline, T&A clock-in/clock-out markers, and the boundaries of the scheduled shift.
  • Period summary: total working time, break time, number of events, and average performance, together with the change compared to the previous period.
  • Day details: work status, cards for completed activities with their parameters, and a chronological view of events.
  • Two-way integration with the schedule — moving from a day in the schedule to its details in Event History, and vice versa.

BUSINESS BENEFITS

  1. Full transparency of working time for employees, without involving their supervisor.
  2. Employees can independently verify entries and performance before the monthly settlement.
Configuration: This functionality requires activation.
Access path:
Settings → Tenant: Settings → My Time Harmony (Web application) → Update → Check:  Work history

New: My Time Harmony — Employee files

Until now, employees had no view of their own HR files in MTH. We are introducing a shared "Employee Files" section covering five modules: medical examinations, training, resources, competencies, and documents.

WHAT THE EMPLOYEE GAINS

  • Summary cards: items requiring attention (expiring within 30 days or overdue), total number of items, current items, and nearest expiry.
  • A global search across all enabled files, plus the ability to expand or collapse all sections at once.
  • Filtering by status within each file, and a detail view of each record together with downloadable attachments.

BUSINESS BENEFITS

  1. Employees can independently check the validity of examinations, training, or competencies, without involving HR.
  2. Fewer queries to the HR department about the status of documents and assigned resources.
Configuration: Visibility of each of the 5 modules is enabled separately.
Access path:
Settings → Tenant: Settings → My Time Harmony (Web application) → Update → Check: Medical exams / Trainings / Competences / Resources / Documents
Employee view:

New: My Time Harmony — Notifications

System notifications, previously available only in the manager panel (TH), are now also delivered to the employee panel.

WHAT'S NEW

  • A bell icon in the top bar of MTH with a counter of unread notifications, refreshed automatically every 30 seconds.
  • A preview of the 5 most recent unread notifications.
  • A full notification list in the profile: filtering by status and date range, and bulk actions "mark as read" and "delete".

BUSINESS BENEFITS

  1. Employees stay up to date on events relating to their account, without logging into the full TH application.
  2. MTH becomes a fully self-sufficient tool for employees.
Configuration: This functionality requires activation.
Access path:
Settings → My Time Harmony (Web application) → Edit → "Notifications" module.
