✨ NEW: Screenshot blocking on the QR code screen

The mobile app (MTHM) blocks screenshots and screen recording while the QR code is displayed. This removes the risk of passing the code on to someone else and guarantees that the T&A event is registered by the employee the code actually belongs to.

Features:

• No screenshots: Any attempt to take a screenshot on the QR code screen is blocked
• No screen recordings: Screen recording will not capture the contents of the QR code
• Trustworthy clock-ins: The QR code stays with the employee only, which limits abuse

Configuration: The protection is enabled by default — no administrator setup is required.

✨ NEW: Redesigned settlement periods

Settlement periods now run on the new Time Harmony logic and come with a refreshed look. In one place the employee sees the settlement of their working time together with overtime.

Features:

• New settlement period view: Clearer presentation of data and summaries
• Absences to be paid: Information about hours designated for payment
• Absences exchanged: Information about hours that were exchanged for free time

Migration: The switch to the new logic was transparent for the user — all settlement period data has been preserved.

🔧 FIXES

• Clearer T&A event confirmations: Messages shown after selecting and registering an event are more visible and stay on screen long enough to be read.
• Leave requests for the next year: The app now reads the leave limit for the correct year. A request for January of the following year is no longer blocked by an "limit exhausted" message.
• Pending requests on the home screen: The "Pending requests" tile shows absence requests from the next 30 days, including those falling in the next year.
